Location: Four hours south of Cancun and two and a half driving from Tulum, 7 miles from Belize border by water and Ambergris cay. 1.24 miles from Xcalak downtown

Rooms: 16 individual private cabanas built of traditional stonework, rich tropical woods and topped with native thatch roofs. Each cabana has a private bathroom with hot water and daily maid service.

Facilities: 24 hours electricity generated by wind turbine, purified water by desalinization osmosis, hot and water, restaurant, bar, maid service, private bathrooms, a full dive shop on site with instructor, dive boats leaving from the hotel dock, 7 flats boats with local guides fro fly fishing.
