Location: Located 2 hours from the Cancun International Airport, 5 minutes from the Tulum downtown and the Tulum archaeological site.

Rooms: 15 villas on 65 meters of beachfront fully constructed of fine local hardwoods, with a large private Katalox deck to enjoy the spectacular sea view to the East and a series of ceiling to floor windows to enjoy the tropical jungle to the West. All villas have private bathrooms with hot water All of the beds have mosquito nets. The sea villas are perched on a rocky cliff above the sea. The beach villas rise up above the sandy beach on stilts.

Facilities: Carved Zapote tree trunk bathtub, electronic safes, Maya Spa services can be requested for in-room service, the hotel has no restaurant but room service is available from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Coming soon: wireless internet access in all villas.
